Penal code (Sexual Offences) |
Sexual Harassment and/or Sexual Abuse could be both a crime and breach of the Safe Sport Unified Code. Both the Singapore Police Force and Safe Sport Commission should be notified. |
Criminal Procedure Code (Section 424 - Mandatory reporting) |
If you know that someone has intentions or plans to commit an offence, you must inform the police. |
