Safe Sport independent Disciplinary Panel
Since its appointment by the Ministry of Culture, Community and Youth (“MCCY”) in August 2022, the Safe Sport independent Disciplinary Panel has been hearing cases referred by the Safe Sport Commission under the national framework for safeguarding in sport - the Safe Sport Programme. The independent Disciplinary Panel hears cases which are assessed to be medium to high severity, and the outcomes of the hearings are made available on the Safe Sport Disciplinary Database.
